It is possible for the operator of CT LightSpeed and BrightSpeed
system to change the table height while scanning a series of
images. Therefore, implementations must use the Frame of
Reference UID (0020,0052) in conjunction with the Table Height
(0018,1130) to determine if two images are spatially related.
